집 뒷 부분 펌프있는데 개선 일지즐겁고 행복한 미국 생활/House Plants & Landscaping 2021. 4. 13. 12:20
집의 북동쪽이고, 제일 드물게 가는 집의 뒷 부분. 집 안에 있는 연못에 연결된 펌프가 있는 곳이고, 북향이고 집이랑 이웃집과의 fence 때문에 빛도 많이 안들어서 항상 우중충하고 못생기게 있는 곳이다. 자주 가는 곳이 아니기는 하지만, 그래도 너어어어어어어어어어무 못생겨서 이번 기회에 좀 예쁘게 꾸며보고자 했다. 이게 완전 Before 코스트코에서 공짜로 받은 그늘에서 자라는 bulbs들을 여기서 임시로 키우고 있었고, 왼쪽에는 연못 펌프가 담긴 작은 shed가 있고, 케빈 & 제이미가 두고 간 110 갤런짜리 물통도 여기에 있다. 아래 사진은 돌 한번 치우고 난 뒤의 모습 아래 사진은 땅 한번 뒤집어 엎은 다음에 흙 깐 사진. 이 곳을 어떻게 꾸밀지 고민이 많았다. 일단 펌프가 들어있는 shed에는..

1. 원래 있었던 돌길 개선하기 부동산 사이트에 올라왔던 우리집의 구매 전 사진을 보면, 돌길이 촘촘하게 잘 놔있었다. 부동산 계약에 따르면, 뒷뜰 구석에 남아있던 돌 (slabs) 몇 개만 전 집주인이 가져가기로 되어있었는데, 막상 이사를 와보니 이 개새끼들이 돌길에 있던 slabs 중에서 예쁜 것만 쏙 골라서 가져가고, 가져간거 티 안나게 듬성듬성 재배치해두고 갔다. 예쁘고 크기 고른 것만 가져가고, 못생기고 엄청 크거나 작은 것만 남겨놔서 (아래사진처럼) 엄청 못생겼었다. 부들부들부들 내가 그 동안 너무 작은 건 골라내고 좀 사이즈 적당한걸로 찾아서 교체해놨었다. 현재 construction은 바닥 전체에 작은 돌이 깔려있고, 그 위에 slabs가 놓여져있다. 그런데 생각해보니깐, slabs가 평평..
